Yes, we usually have parts available for our Legacy Reels. Shoot us an email at repairs@islander.com and we'll be happy to help get you back on the water!

Islander's primary responsibility is to fulfill orders for our Retail Dealers. As demand for our reels has grown, we are currently operating at full production capacity. Continuous improvements are being made to increase our output while continuing to prioritize quality. However, our increases in capacity are met with increased demand.

Once our Dealer orders are fulfilled, any additional reels are put onto our website, so keep an eye out!

We always recommend rinsing your reel in lukewarm water, especially after any saltwater usage, then allowing the reel to airdry.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on location and order size.

Regarding tariffs, duties and import charges are governed by the terms of the USMCA, and US/CAD Customs. WeΒ don't have the ability to predict or alter those charges, and they aren't something we collect or receive.
