Exchange & Return Policy

We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items; these are in a new and unused condition. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the completed delivery. To initiate an exchange or return, please email us at info@islander.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the item and size you’d like in return (if applicable). Items meeting these conditions will receive a full refund to the original form of payment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed to your original form of payment.

Please note that discounted items and engraved reels are final sale. 

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled at any time prior to the shipping of your order. To cancel your order, call Islander as soon as you can during business hours. Orders that have already been shipped can not be canceled.
