To our valued customers; due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been forced to find a new source for anodizing our reels. Unfortunately, different anodizing companies use different procedures and as a result, we have had to make some concessions in our anodizing. More specific, we have had to alter the colors of our Green reels and our Slate ( Grey) reels. We apologize to those customers, who already have the Green and the Slate reels, for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope you will understand our situation on the color issue. To our valued Islander customers; Due to rising costs we have to start charging a shipping fee for reels being returned after the completion of servicing or repairs. Please be advised that, effective immediately, Islander Reels will be charging a return shipping fee on product sent in for repair or servicing.This fee will be separate from the $20 processing and handling fee for servicing a reel. Warranty related items may be excluded at the discretion of Islander Reels. The return shipping fee will be determined by the courier used and the end destination we are shipping to.
